Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Phil Attio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Gary Parry!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Dean Styles and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Attio lands a nice looking body shot.
Attio looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Parry throws a sloppy head kick and Attio moves out of range easily.
Parry closes the distance but Attio moves to the side
and Attio counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Parry thinking.
Attio throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Parry tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Attio is in Parry's guard.
Parry looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Parry takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
It looks like Gary Parry has been cut.
Parry gets caught napping as Attio dives in and scores a takedown. Parry manages to retain guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Attio connects with a stiff jab that staggers Parry - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
