Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joey Polumbo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Long has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Marcus Long has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polumbo scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Polumbo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Long throws the left hand but Polumbo avoids the punch easily.
Polumbo moves out of range as Long strikes.

Long takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Long is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Polumbo.

Polumbo lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Long wants to clinch up but Polumbo keeps it at a distance.
Long just misses with a punch to the body.
Long cracks Polumbo with a hook to the temple - Polumbo is on wobbly legs here! Long swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Polumbo falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Long wins by TKO!
