The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Grimnir misses its intended target.
Masterson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Grimnir lands a jab to the nose.
Grimnir fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Masterson on the side of the head.
Grimnir steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Masterson.

Masterson shoots in and drives through. Grimnir sprawls well.
Grimnir misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Masterson.
Masterson thuds his right hand into Grimnir's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Masterson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Grimnir paws at him with a jab and circles away.
No joy there for Masterson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Grimnir works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Masterson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Grimnir avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Grimnir lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Grimnir digs a right hand underneath Masterson's ribcage. Masterson let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Grimnir changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Masterson fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Grimnir tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Masterson was well out of range. Poor timing from Grimnir.

Grimnir shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Masterson takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Grimnir sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Masterson bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
