The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rogers breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Gloppe throws a combination that misses
and Rogers counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gloppe fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Paal Gloppe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gloppe is breathing heavily.
Rogers lands with a nice combination. Gloppe backs away looking to recover.

Rogers drops Gloppe with a beautiful combination! Gloppe stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Rogers is looking for the KO!

Rogers and Gloppe are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Rogers throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Gloppe into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Rogers knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
