Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bang McGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wolf comes into the arena with Primus: John the Fisherman blaring out of the sound system. McGee has chosen Metallica - All Nightmare Long as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGee throws a looping overhand right but Wolf ducks down to avoid it.
Wolf looks to throw the jab but McGee is out of range.
A head kick misses from Wolf.
Johnny Wolf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wolf plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Some bone on bone action there as Wolf checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
McGee misses with a looping right.

That kick from McGee tenderised Wolf's leg. Wolf is trying to keep his angry face on.

McGee moves into the clinch successfully.

Wolf gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, McGee regains guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Wolf stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McGee swivels though and keeps the full guard.
McGee is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Wolf accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wolf throws a strike but McGee rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

McGee avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Johnny Wolf wasn't doing enough on the ground.

McGee tries to improve position but can't.

Wolf is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Horrible takedown by Wolf or perhaps it was just good defense by McGee which made him look bad.

Wolf throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McGee's waist but McGee gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wolf off to one side.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McGee tries to clinch but Wolf is having none of it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Johnny Wolf will probably get the nod.
