The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leka connects with a jab.
Vinicius shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Leka sprawls well. Leka wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Vinicius gets slowly back to his feet.
Leka darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Leka leaves Vinicius with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Leka connects with a good right hand that stumbles Vinicius. Vinicius circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Leka misses with a hook.
Vinicius moves out of range of the strikes.
Vinicius walks into a straight right hand from Leka.
Nice uppercut lands for Leka. That snapped Vinicius's head back.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Leka connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Vinicius dives in and grabs Leka's left leg, looking for a takedown. Leka pushes down on Vinicius's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Paulo Vinicius. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A decent looking cross lands there for Leka.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Vinicius. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
A jab from Leka does it's job there.
Leka scores with a crisp jab that stopped Vinicius in his tracks.
Vinicius takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

A cross from Leka lands.
Leka tests Vinicius's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Vinicius ducks right into an uppercut from Leka.

Leka circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Vinicius to the canvas! Vinicius doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Leka keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
