The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bent stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bent wants it to stay on the feet.
Bent misses with a body punch

and Seagal counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Bent's guard now.

Seagal drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Bent dives on top into guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

We're going to have a standup here because Jason Bent wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Bent fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Seagal manages to avoid it.
Bent connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

It looks like Steven Seagal has been cut.
Seagal shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bent but Bent pushes him off and we're back to square one.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Seagal drops his hands momentarily and Bent needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Seagal just on the top of the head. Seagal drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Seagal - he's done!
