Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dirk Pitt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pitt has chosen Pitt Don't Play Dat as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pitt has taken the fight to the clinch.

Thompson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Pitt has him pressed against the cage.

Pitt creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Thompson's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Thompson drops to his knees and Pitt pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

A very excited looking Dirk Pitt rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
