The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Makers lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

No joy there for Venturia, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

A close round but Jesse Venturia will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Venturia takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Venturia feints a jab promting Makers to slip. Venturia then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Makers slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

It looks like Mark Makers has been cut.

Makers keeps control of Venturia as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Makers swings wildly with an uppercut but Venturia uses good head movement to avoid it.

It looks like Jesse Venturia has been cut.

Makers drops Venturia onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Venturia is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Makers creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Venturia! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Makers.

A very excited looking Mark Makers rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
