It looks like Dunder Douglas has been cut.
Douglas changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Grober tries to avoid it but Douglas manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Grober to the ground. Grober escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Douglas shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
You get the feeling that Grober really doesn't like being in this position too much.
