Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Ball (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Magenta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ball kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hammer Smashed Face. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ball lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Mr Magenta has been cut.
Magenta keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Magenta wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Magenta throws a hook but Ball blocks it.
The fighters circling - Magenta throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Ball misses with a head kick.
Magenta slips a jab from Ball.
Ball throws a head kick that misses.
Magenta rushes Ball and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Ball throws a sloppy head kick and Magenta moves out of range easily.
Ball walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Ball lands a nice shot that snaps Magenta's head back.
Magenta loads up on a big right hand but Ball slips the punch.
Ball misses with a hook. Magenta ducked under it nicely.

and Ball counters with a three punch combo that has Magenta backing up. Magenta nods at Ball to acknowledge the strikes.

Magenta tries to bum rush Ball with a series of wild strikes but Ball uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Magenta moves out of range of the strikes.

Ball tries for a takedown but Magenta sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Magenta lands with an overhand left.
Joe Ball's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Magenta misses with a body shot.
Ball fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Magenta avoids it really well and circles away.
Magenta drops Ball with a beautiful combination! Ball stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Magenta is looking for the KO!
Jeez, Joe Ball's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Joe Ball's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Mr Magenta!
