Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sean Kingston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, James Peters!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peters slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Peters looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Peters lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
James Peters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Peters throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Left hook, right uppercut from Kingston.
Kingston rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Peters moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Peters takes a jab right on the kisser.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kingston has closed the distance and engaged Peters in a clinch.
Kingston lands a body shot.

Kingston wants the takedown. Peters is fighting it off but Kingston persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Peters's guard against the cage.
Peters preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Kingston stands up over Peters, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Kingston throws a big right hand that misses.
Kingston in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Kingston has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Kingston passes Peters's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kingston lands strikes from half guard.
Kingston is taking a breather. Peters says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Kingston throwing shots but Peters is blocking nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Well, if Kingston is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Kingston is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Kingston stalling.

Sean Kingston has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Kingston takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Kingston is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Peters hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
