Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duke Gibbons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Hades (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hades has chosen Bon Jovi: Wanted Dead Or Alive as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Steve Erwin and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hades misses with a hook
and Gibbons connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hades lands with an overhand left.
Hades throws a hook but Gibbons avoids it easily.
Hades uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Hades lands a right hook to the body.
Hades changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gibbons tries to avoid it but Hades manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gibbons to the ground. Gibbons escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gibbons uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hades.
Sam Hades seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hades fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hades misses with an uppercut.
Hades shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Gibbons eats them both and turns towards Hades to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Gibbons misses with the combination.
A cross from Hades lands.
Hades misses with a left hand
and Gibbons connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gibbons moves into range and connects with a jab.

Hades chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Gibbons tests Hades's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Hades shoots and misses
and Gibbons counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Sam Hades has been cut.
Hades circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Gibbons. Hades falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Gibbons!
