The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lagutin tries a head kick but it misses.

A slapping leg kick lands for Rondough.
Rondough shoots in but no luck this time.

Rondough drives through with a takedown into Lagutin's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Rondough feints a jab promting Lagutin to slip. Rondough then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Lagutin slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Lagutin enables Rondough to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lagutin manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Lagutin had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rondough defends it easily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Rondough drops back looking for a leg! Lagutin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lagutin manages to kick Rondough off! Rondough jumps back into Lagutin's guard.

Oh Rondough is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Lagutin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lagutin lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Rondough can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Lagutin and Rondough drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Lagutin.
