The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bridges shoots in looking for a takedown but McCormick manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bridges's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Bridges blocks a head kick by McCormick.
McCormick fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A solid leg kick lands there for McCormick.
Bridges avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
McCormick is looking to score with low kicks.

McCormick fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bridges.

McCormick slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

I really don't envy Bridges right now.

Bridges looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

McCormick throws a good cross that connects.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

McCormick motions for Bridges to come forward. McCormick throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Nice takedown defense from McCormick. No joy for Bridges on that attempt.

The fighters circle, before McCormick throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Bridges's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! McCormick lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
