The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dwyer just misses with a punch to the body.
Segura steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dwyer.
Segura throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Dwyer throws a big shot that misses.
Segura lands with a shot to the body.
Dwyer swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Segura blocks a jab.
Dwyer throws a hook but Segura blocks it.
Dwyer throws a lazy right hand but Segura sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Segura displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dwyer throws out the jab.

Dwyer tries for a takedown but Segura sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Dwyer takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Malcom Dwyer has been cut.

Dwyer misses the jab.
Dwyer swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Segura stuns Dwyer with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Segura throws a hook to the side of Dwyer's head but Dwyer sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Segura lands a right hook to the body.

Segura bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Segura moves out of range as Dwyer strikes.
Segura rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dwyer moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Dwyer might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
A slow jab from Dwyer misses its intended target.
Nice body punch from Segura.
Segura slips a straight right by Dwyer.

Dwyer misses with a hook. Segura ducked under it nicely.
Dwyer takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Dwyer takes one to the chin there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Segura throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Segura tries a low kick but Dwyer avoids it.
Segura throws a looping overhand right but Dwyer ducks down to avoid it.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Segura has cracked Dwyer with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Segura lands another huge swinging hook and Dwyer tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Dwyer, before Segura can land any more shots!
