Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gim Allon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caiaphas Caine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Caiaphas Caine!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Reed Andrews and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caine chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Allon can pounce on him.
Allon misses the jab.
Gim Allon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Good shot there by Allon.

It looks like Caiaphas Caine has been cut.
Caine avoids the head kick by Allon.
Allon swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Allon throws a nice looking combination but Caine bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Caine digs a good body shot into Allon's ribs.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Caine doesn't manage to clinch there - Allon circles away.
A slow jab from Caine misses its intended target.
Caine bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Allon's head backwards.
Caine tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Allon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Caine wants to clinch up but Allon keeps it at a distance.
Caine takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Allon goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Allon misses the shot to the body.
Caine closes the distance but Allon moves to the side
and Allon counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Caine missing with a left hand there. Allon was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A solid leg kick lands there for Allon.
Allon throws the left hand but Caine avoids the punch easily.
Allon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Caine taking a breather.
Allon cracks Caine with a nice body shot.
A head punch on the inside from Caine fails to land.

Allon breaks the clinch.
Allon lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

That has opened up Caiaphas Caine's cut even more.
Allon throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Allon tries to bum rush Caine with a series of wild strikes but Caine uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Caine looks to land a left hand but Allon moved out of range nicely.
Caine avoids a punch combination nicely.
Allon throws a hook but Caine avoids it easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Caine lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Allon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Caine manages to avoid it.
Caine works Allon's body with a nice hook.
Caine shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Caine throws a looping overhand right but Allon ducks down to avoid it.
Allon goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Allon ducks under a wild hook from Caine.
Allon ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

and Caine counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Caine doesn't manage to clinch there - Allon circles away.
Allon throws a head kick that Caine semi-blocks.
Caine lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Allon steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Caine.

Some wild striking there from Allon.
Caine fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Allon manages to avoid it.
Caine connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Caine uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Allon.
Allon misses with a few strikes there.
Caine checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Caine might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Allon fails to land with a series of punches.
Allon closes the distance and clinches up with Caine, looking for a takedown. Allon pushes Caine against the cage but Caine circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Allon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Caine.
Caine tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Allon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Allon lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

The cut above Caiaphas Caine's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Caine shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Allon manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Allon is trying to control the position but Caine postures up.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Caine preventing the sweep.
Caine trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Allon wants to sweep but no luck.
Caine wants to control from the top but Allon keeps moving.

Caine drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Caine jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Allon is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Allon shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Allon lands a big elbow.

Caiaphas Caine's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Caiaphas Caine's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
