Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hades Hug (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Calaway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hug comes to the cage accompanied by Animal I Have Become . Calaway has chosen R.I.P. as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calaway avoids the body shot from Hug.
Hug misses with a body kick.

Calaway fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Calaway throws an off balance right hand
letting Hug counter with a right hand.
Calaway uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hug.
Calaway lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hug circles away quickly and effectively.
Calaway drops his hands momentarily and Hug takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hug tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Calaway is able to avoid easily.
Calaway throws a lazy right hand but Hug sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Calaway loads up on a big right hand but Hug slips the punch.
Calaway moves out of range as Hug throws a body kick.

Calaway throws a combination. Hug tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Hug fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Calaway manages to avoid it.

and Calaway counters with a left and a right that stings Hug.

Calaway throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hug.

Calaway throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hug on the side of the head.

Hug throws the left hand but Calaway avoids the punch easily.

Hug lands a big head kick that sends Calaway tumbling to the mat! Hug takes a step backwards and waves Calaway back to his feet - he wants the finish!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hug throws a hook to the side of Calaway's head but Calaway sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Hug! Calaway is out on his feet! Hug rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Calaway is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Calaway is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hades Hug!
Hades Hug decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
