The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Storic misses with a wild body shot.
White throws a right and a left that Storic avoids nicely.
Storic keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Storic pushes White up against the cage in a clinch.
Storic can't break the clinch.
White tries to pull guard but Storic won't allow it.
White goes for a takedown in the clinch but Storic prevents it.
Marko Storic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matthew White.
White is trying to break the clinch but Storic has him pressed against the cage.
White jumps guard but Storic turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Storic wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
White is trying to force a seperation but Storic has the dominant position.
White misses with some punches.

Storic tries to circle away but White has him pinned against the cage.
Storic stops a takedown attempt from White.

Storic escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

White takes the fight into the clinch.
Storic wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Storic has White pressed against the cage, preventing White from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
White wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
White changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Storic fights it off and pushes away nicely.
White throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Storic sees it coming and avoids it easily.
White looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Storic cracks White with an open hand slap.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Storic cracks White with an uppercut from hell and White crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Storic's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

White is rocked!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Storic sitting in guard, not really doing much.
White is still in real trouble! Can Storic finish him?
Storic stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. White swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Marko Storic.

Storic gets a clinch.
White is trying to force a seperation but Storic has the dominant position.

White breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
White closes this distance looking for a takedown but Storic circles away.
White looks gassed!

White takes one to the chin there.
Storic looks to land a combination but White avoids it well.
No luck for White with that takedown attempt.
Storic lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
White gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Storic gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! White is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
