Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dark Matter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Crez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Victor Crez has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dark Matter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Victor Crez!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Bruno Lombardi and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Crez clinches up with Matter and pushes him back against the cage.

Matter escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Crez swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Crez takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Matter avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Crez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Matter pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Crez back to the cage. Matter follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Crez checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Crez moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Crez throws a shot from downtown. Matter moves away and avoids it.
Matter showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Crez.

Matter closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Crez to the mat! Crez manages to get full guard.
Crez is trying to keep Matter in close.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Matter drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Matter seems to have locked his on tight now - Crez screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Matter, as he picks up the win!
