Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jacek Goc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonny Perci (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goc comes to the cage accompanied by Two Steps From Hell - ASAP. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jacek Goc!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 5 - 1, fighting out of New York, Jonny Perci!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Dean Styles and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goc buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Goc walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Perci checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Goc slips under a jab.
Perci uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Goc.
A big left from Perci misses.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Perci crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Goc - the referee stops the clock and Perci gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Goc. Perci manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Perci takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

and Goc counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Jonny Perci has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Perci takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Goc scores with a jab to the head.
That kick from Goc tenderised Perci's leg. Perci is trying to keep his angry face on.
Goc buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Perci falls off balance throwing a combination
and Goc counters with a body kick that stops Perci in his tracks momentarily.
Goc steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Perci.
Goc connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Goc lands a leg kick that knocks Perci off balance momentarily.
Perci looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Goc delivers a nice body kick.
Goc connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
