Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ramsey Nijem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergey Fesenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Illya Tyunina and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nijem checks a low kick from Fesenko.

Nijem gets a double leg takedown into Fesenko's guard.

Nijem is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Fesenko manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Nijem manages to get himself to full guard.

Fesenko postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Nijem is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fesenko, into his guard.

Fesenko is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Ramsey Nijem has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Nijem takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Fesenko is looking to clinch.
Horrible takedown by Nijem or perhaps it was just good defense by Fesenko which made him look bad.
Nijem thows a body shot but no joy.

Fesenko gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Nijem to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Fesenko is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Nijem distracts Fesenko with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Fesenko looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Nijem passes into half guard.
Fesenko is looking for a sweep. Nijem is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Nijem is trying to control. Fesenko wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Nijem takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Fesenko is looking for a sweep. Nijem is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Fesenko is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Nijem lands a nice short elbow.
Nijem is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Nijem uses his free foot to push down on Fesenko's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Fesenko.
