The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dos Santos closes the distance and clinches.

Dos Santos's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rafkatovich fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Dos Santos has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Dos Santos tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rafkatovich was well out of range. Poor timing from Dos Santos.
Rafkatovich tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Dos Santos looks to land a left hand but Rafkatovich moved out of range nicely.

Dos Santos weaves into range and cracks Rafkatovich right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Rafkatovich goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Dos Santos is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.

In his post fight interview, Junior Dos Santos started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
