Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Milos Jonak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wiliam Lowel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wiliam Lowel will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Jonak enables Lowel to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jonak manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Jonak has control of Lowel's left arm, preventing Lowel from doing any damage.
Lowel must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Jonak manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lowel manages to get himself to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jonak wants to control from the top but Lowel keeps moving.
Jonak throws a big right hand that misses.
Jonak stays in close to Lowel's body and controls the position.
Lowel is trying to keep Jonak in close.
Lowel looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jonak is one step ahead there.
Lowel is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Lowel throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Jonak is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Lowel scores a takedown into full mount!
Lowel cracks Jonak with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Jonak is looking to improve his position but Lowel isn't that keen on the idea.
Jonak slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

Jonak looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Lowel is working for a kimura but Jonak is defending it quite comfortably.
Jonak works his way to full guard. Good work.

Jonak has his hands on Lowel's head, controlling the position.

Jonak manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Lowel is looking to get to half guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Lowel holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Jonak tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Jonak is working for a guillotine from mount but Lowel frees his head quite easily.
Lowel really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jonak. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
