Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Billy Bunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luis Chalas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luis Chalas is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Billy Bunter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Luis Chalas!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Russell Pearce and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bunter connects with a jab.
Bunter lands with a straight right. Chalas didn't see that one coming.
Bunter scores with a nice right hand.
Bunter misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Some wild striking there from Bunter.

Chalas rushes Bunter and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Chalas pulls Bunter into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Chalas escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bunter gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bunter wants to stand and escape but instead Chalas has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Chalas trying to move into half guard but instead Bunter has managed to sweep!

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Chalas throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Chalas working for a triangle but Bunter defends it easily.
Bunter tries to free his leg and advance position but Chalas is retaining full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bunter wants to stand but Chalas has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Bunter connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Chalas gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Bunter breaks the clinch.
Bunter is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Chalas.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Billy Bunter dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!



Bunter gets tackled into the cage by Chalas. Chalas maintains the clinch.
Chalas lands an elbow inside that Bunter shrugs off.
Bunter prevents the takedown attempt.
Chalas drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bunter pulls his leg out and moves away.
No luck for Chalas with that takedown attempt.
Billy Bunter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luis Chalas.
Bunter comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

A big left from Bunter misses.

Chalas moves into the clinch.
Bunter takes an elbow to the forehead.
A frustrated look appears on Bunter's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Chalas manages to pull guard.
Bunter stays in close to Chalas's body and controls the position.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Billy Bunter has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Bunter misses with a right hand

and Chalas counters by clinching up.
Chalas tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bunter smiles and moves away.
Bunter fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Bunter tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Chalas was well out of range. Poor timing from Bunter.
Chalas staying out of range there.

Chalas has taken the fight to the clinch.
Chalas tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Bunter manages to break the clinch.
Bunter jabs Chalas right on the nose. Chalas blinks but takes it well.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bunter punishes Chalas's body with a nice straight punch.
Bunter scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Bunter throws an overhand right that lands on Chalas's shoulder, as Chalas tries to avoid the shot.
Bunter throws a jab when Chalas was well out of range.
Bunter throws a lazy right hand but Chalas sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Chalas moves out of range as Bunter strikes.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bunter lands with a hook. Chalas tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Chalas with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bunter to score with a decent uppercut.


It looks like Luis Chalas has been cut.
Chalas uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bunter.
Bunter scores with a nice strike.
Chalas tries for a takedown but Bunter sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Chalas is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Chalas takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Chalas has a takedown stuffed.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Billy Bunter dominated that second round.
The cut man is working on Luis Chalas's cut.
That's time! Bunter's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!


Bunter throws a lazy uppercut

and Chalas counters by clinching up.
Bunter misses with some punches.
Chalas keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Bunter's efforts to push away.
Chalas connects with a nasty looking knee right to Bunter's face.

Chalas jumps guard.

Bunter got a little sloppy there for a moment and Chalas has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bunter has managed to get both his arms back between Chalas's legs - danger averted.
Bunter trying to control but Chalas is working from the bottom.
Bunter wants to stand but Chalas has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Billy Bunter has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Bunter lands with a cross.
Bunter with a nice cross.
Decent striking displayed by Bunter there.
Chalas closes the distance and clinches up with Bunter, looking for a takedown. Chalas pushes Bunter against the cage but Bunter circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Billy Bunter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bunter misses with an uppercut

and Chalas counters by clinching up.
Bunter gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Chalas.
Chalas tries to score a body lock takedown but Bunter shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Billy Bunter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luis Chalas.
Chalas with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Bunter is trying to pull guard but Chalas turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Chalas tries for a takedown. No joy.

Bunter lands a hook to the side of the head.
Chalas takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Chalas is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chalas keeps control of Bunter as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Bunter gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Chalas.
Bunter is trying to break the clinch but Chalas has him pressed against the cage.

Chalas drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bunter pulls his leg out and moves away.

Chalas clinches up with Bunter and pushes him back against the cage.
Chalas has Bunter pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bunter manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Chalas tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bunter just stands there and leans against the cage.
Bunter avoids the elbow strike from Chalas, against the cage.
Chalas lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Chalas keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Bunter's efforts to push away.
Bunter avoids a wild elbow strike from Chalas.

Bunter jumps guard but Chalas stands there with Bunter around his waist. Bunter gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Bunter.
Bunter avoids a wild elbow strike from Chalas.

Bunter breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bunter closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Chalas! Bunter dives in looking to finish! Chalas is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:28 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Billy Bunter!
Billy Bunter decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
