Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dominick Silvic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zhang Zhu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Silvic counters with a nice double leg into side control. Zhu won't be happy with that.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Silvic throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Zhu's waist but Zhu gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silvic off to one side.
Zhu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silvic tries to avoid it but Zhu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silvic to the ground. Silvic escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Silvic, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Dominick Silvic rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
