The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Segura shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Black sprawls well. Black wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Segura gets slowly back to his feet.
Black fails in his attempt to clinch.
Black leaves Segura with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Segura shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Black manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Black can do anything to dispel that myth.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Segura thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Segura tries to free his leg and advance position but Black is retaining full guard.
Segura wants to control from the top but Black keeps moving.
Segura forces his way into half guard.

Segura is trying to work for a kimura but Black is defending well.

Segura in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Black tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Segura!
