Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Xander Coll (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and KEVIN Dragula (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Russell Pearce and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragula fails in his attempt to clinch.

Dragula clinches up with Coll and pushes him back against the cage.
Dragula throws an elbow that misses.

Dragula gets underhooks to prevent Coll's takedown attempt.

Coll has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Dragula clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Dragula is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Dragula just trying to survive but Coll is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Coll is trying to stick to Dragula 's back but Dragula is turning into Coll. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Coll's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Dragula .

Coll is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Dragula would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Coll pulls Dragula in close to his closed guard and prevents Dragula from doing any damage or advancing position.

Dragula is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Coll shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dragula 's guard.

Coll changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dragula looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
