Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Sosuke Kotani.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Imperfect steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Black Jr. That one must have hurt.
Imperfect blocks a head kick by Black Jr.
Imperfect looks for a takedown but Black Jr sprawls well.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Black Jr.
Black Jr slaps away a takedown attempt from Imperfect, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Black Jr bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Imperfect dives in and grabs Black Jr's left leg, looking for a takedown. Black Jr pushes down on Imperfect's head and hops out.
Cyrus Black Jr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Malachi Imperfect.
Black Jr lands a jab to Imperfect's midsection.
Imperfect dives in and grabs Black Jr's left leg, looking for a takedown. Black Jr pushes down on Imperfect's head and hops out.
A head kick misses from Black Jr.

Imperfect decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Imperfect seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Black Jr does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Black Jr is looking for a sweep. Imperfect is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Imperfect throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Imperfect missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Imperfect takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Imperfect looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Imperfect is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Black Jr is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

A relieved looking Malachi Imperfect thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
