Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Trey Farmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tayton Leo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Trey Farmer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tayton Leo !
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Leo moves in looking to clinch but Farmer pushes him off.
Farmer checks a leg kick.
Leo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Farmer counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Farmer decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Leo , up you get!
Leo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Farmer circles away quickly and effectively.
Leo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Farmer drives through with a takedown into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Leo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Farmer keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Leo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Farmer keeps working.
Farmer is trying to maintain the position but Leo is very close to passing his half guard.
Farmer is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Trey Farmer.

Farmer closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Leo quickly recovers to half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Farmer lands a nice short elbow.
Farmer passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Leo !
Leo looks gassed!

Farmer sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Leo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Farmer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Leo looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!

Farmer keeps control of the position as Leo tries to break free.
Farmer gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes.
Farmer is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Farmer's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The referee is taking a good look at Leo as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Farmer!

Farmer working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Leo is doing well to defend. Farmer seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Leo is forced to tap and this one is over!
