Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Harry Kalizhnikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kalizhnikov lands with a straight right. Hunt didn't see that one coming.
Kalizhnikov lands with a thumping leg kick.
Hunt throws a sloppy head kick and Kalizhnikov moves out of range easily.
Hunt throws a right and a left that Kalizhnikov avoids nicely.
Hunt tries to clinch but Kalizhnikov moves out of range.

Hunt walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Hunt throws a sloppy head kick and Kalizhnikov moves out of range easily.
Hunt fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hunt swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Kalizhnikov lands a big right hand that sends Hunt crashing to the mat! Kalizhnikov stays standing though and waves Hunt back to his feet!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kalizhnikov blocks a head kick by Hunt.
Hunt seems to have recovered his senses.
Hunt is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kalizhnikov sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Kalizhnikov lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Hunt is looking to close the distance but Kalizhnikov sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Hunt crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Hunt is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
