Explosion's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Dethklok-Burn the Earth. James has chosen NWO Wolfpack as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James lands a head kick. Explosion smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
James tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Explosion looks to land a body kick but James moved away.

Explosion closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
James tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Explosion can't get the takedown.
Explosion goes for a takedown in the clinch but James prevents it.
Explosion tries for a takedown but James manages to get underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nathan Explosion. That's going to take a lot out of him.
James stalls.
James trying to stall but Explosion improves his position.
James tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Explosion gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
James has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Explosion throws a big elbow that misses.
James wants to stand and escape but Explosion is having none of it.
James is trying to control the position from the bottom.

James is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Explosion defends well.

James pushes Explosion off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
A looping hook to the body misses from Explosion. James does a little dance to reset his feet.
James misses the shot to the body.
James tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Crunch! James slams his shin into Explosion's torso.
James throws a head kick that Explosion semi-blocks.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Explosion avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
James fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

James lands a big head kick that sends Explosion tumbling to the mat! James takes a step backwards and waves Explosion back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Explosion is rocked!

It looks like Nathan Explosion has been cut.
James lands a front kick.
Oh Explosion is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Explosion is breathing heavily.
James lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Explosion crumples to the floor! James milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
