Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Cox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hoopdy Doopdy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hoopdy Doopdy will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hoopdy Doopdy!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Reed Andrews and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doopdy has his takedown stuffed

and Cox counters with a nice double leg into side control. Doopdy won't be happy with that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cox controlling the position from side mount.

Cox decides to stand back up. Cox steps back and let's Doopdy get back to his feet.
Doopdy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Cox.
Cox really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Cox stuffs the takedown.
Doopdy throws a sloppy head kick and Cox moves out of range easily.

Cox fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Doopdy sprawls well initially but Cox persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cox content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Cox is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cox lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Doopdy is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Cox locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Doopdy is forced to tap!
