Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Kickass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Qaida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice combination there by Kickass.
Qaida tries to clinch there but Kickass circles away.
Qaida throws a head kick that Kickass semi-blocks.
Qaida moves in looking to clinch but Kickass pushes him off.
Kickass scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Qaida.
Kickass throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Kickass will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Qaida should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Qaida tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kickass swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Qaida counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Qaida.
Kickass drops down looking for an ankle pick but Qaida pulls his leg out and moves away.
Qaida throws a head kick but Kickass moves out of range.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Qaida has eaten all the pies!
Qaida tries to clinch up but Kickass circles away and keeps his distance.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Qaida shoots in but no luck this time.

Kickass shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Kickass was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Kickass lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

It looks like Al Qaida has been cut.
Kickass fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kickass lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Qaida! Kickass sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Qaida and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
