Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Vasilyev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vasilyev comes into the arena with Ghost Town blaring out of the sound system. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Vladimir Khabensky and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasilyev showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Drake.
Sloppy strikes from Drake. Those never looked like landing.
Drake misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Drake misses with a series of wild punches.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Vasilyev tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Drake paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Vasilyev has his takedown stuffed
and Drake counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Drake swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Vasilyev counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Drake off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Vasilyev follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Drake was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Viktor Vasilyev!
Viktor Vasilyev decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
