Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darren Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kimbo slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Darren Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Kimbo slice!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown drives through and clinches with slice against the ropes.
slice tries to throw a body punch but Brown avoids it by throwing slice back against the cage.
Brown could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Brown manages to break the clinch.
slice looks for a takedown but Brown sprawls well.
No joy there for Brown, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Good exchange - Brown coming out on top.
slice shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Brown takes the fight into the clinch.
Brown lands a damaging elbow.
slice looking for a takedown.
Brown lands a body punch in the clinch.

Brown breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
slice keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
slice is looking to clinch but Brown is avoiding it.
Brown scores with a jab to the jaw.
Brown stuffs the takedown attempt from slice. slice gets slowly back to his feet.
Darren Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kimbo slice.
Brown moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
slice looks gassed!

slice throws a push kick but Brown slaps the foot to one side.

Brown clobbers slice with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
A punch lands to the side of slice 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Brown will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Brown moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Brown rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but slice moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
slice takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

slice bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Brown is not content to let slice control the position.

slice working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Brown sneaks back into half guard.
Brown is trying to get back to full guard.
slice throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Brown wants to improve his position but slice is controlling well.

slice is looking to pass Brown's guard but actually Brown recovers to full guard.
Brown not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Brown has his foot on slice's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. slice works his way back into a safe position though.

slice really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Brown. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Brown is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Brown prevents slice from improving his position.
Brown throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
slice is trying to stand up here but Brown is controlling him well.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Brown misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
slice takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
slice walks into a stiff left hand from Brown.

Brown feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
slice fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Brown will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Brown manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. slice manages to get himself to full guard.

slice working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Brown doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Brown manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Brown lands a jab to the nose.
Brown dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
slice tries to land a front kick but Brown steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
slice on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Brown rushes slice and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.

slice changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Brown fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Brown stalks slice and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into slice's face. slice staggers backwards, shaken.

You can see the frustration on Brown's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
