Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Courtney Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adanez Ferrodenes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ferrodenes has chosen TNT as his entrance music. The key to victory for Courtney Drake has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Adanez Ferrodenes!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drake throws a sloppy head kick
and Ferrodenes makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Drake misses with a head kick.
Ferrodenes throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Ferrodenes clinches with his opponent.
Drake jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ferrodenes walks away with a smile on his face. Drake gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Drake is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Ferrodenes closes this distance looking for a takedown but Drake circles away.
Ferrodenes swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A head kick by Drake misses
and Ferrodenes makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Drake tries to keep at a distance but Ferrodenes has taken the fight into the clinch.
Drake is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Ferrodenes pulls him back up using the underhooks.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Drake has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
A frustrated look appears on Drake's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Drake tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Drake tries to pull guard but Ferrodenes won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Courtney Drake. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Drake stops a takedown attempt from Ferrodenes.
Ferrodenes keeps control of Drake as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Ferrodenes wants to take the fight to the mat but Drake manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Drake is working for takedown but Ferrodenes is calmly controlling the position for now.
Ferrodenes prevents Drake from breaking the clinch.
Drake tries to circle away but Ferrodenes has him pinned against the cage.

Ferrodenes has Drake pressed against the cage, preventing Drake from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Drake is looking for a takedown.
Drake tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Ferrodenes smiles and moves away.
Ferrodenes blocks a head kick by Drake.
Drake goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Drake tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ferrodenes throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Ferrodenes on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
A punch combination from Drake misses.
Drake misses with a head kick.

Drake takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Drake lands a big head kick that sends Ferrodenes tumbling to the mat! Drake takes a step backwards and waves Ferrodenes back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Adanez Ferrodenes has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Drake feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Ferrodenes crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
