Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Merme Mafra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joon Joon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mafra decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Mafra takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Mafra has hold of Joon's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Joon manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Mafra swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Joon is now in Mafra's guard. A big mistake from Mafra there, giving up the dominant position!

That was a close round but I would say that Merme Mafra will probably get the nod.

Joon closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Mafra's guard.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Joon has closed the distance and engaged Mafra in a clinch.

Joon has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Mafra uses from the top position.

Joon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Mafra looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Joon has picked Mafra up and slammed him! Mafra can't keep hold of the triangle and Joon manages to pass to side control!

Joon remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Merme Mafra.
