Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Savas Kaya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kaya comes to the ring accompanied by Hurdy Gurdy Man. The crowd seem to be enjoying Diaz's choice of entrance music: National Anthem. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Manny Diaz was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Diaz feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Horrible takedown by Diaz or perhaps it was just good defense by Kaya which made him look bad.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The fight stays on the outside here - Kaya looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kaya tries to close the distance and clinch up but Diaz swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Diaz shoots in for a double leg but Kaya sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

and Kaya counters with a head kick that wobbles Diaz - left then right he sways and one more bomb from Kaya sends him down. This one is all over!
