Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and D.B. Cooper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). B. Cooper. Taylor comes to the cage accompanied by Miseria Cantare - The Beginning. Cooper has chosen Cult Of Personality - Living Colour as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as D.B. Cooper enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

16 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jake Taylor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, D.B. Cooper!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooper moves into range and connects with a jab.
D.B. Cooper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cooper thows a left - swing and a miss!
Cooper has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Cooper there as he acknowledges the shot.
Taylor throws a hook but Cooper blocks it.
Taylor digs a good body shot into Cooper's ribs.
Taylor looks to land a left hand but Cooper moved out of range nicely.
Taylor misses with a two punch combination.
Taylor connects with a nice looking jab.
Taylor throws a series of strikes that have Cooper backpedaling.

Cooper misses with a low kick.
Taylor uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cooper.
Cooper walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Taylor misses with a hook. Cooper ducked under it nicely.
The fighters circling - Cooper throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Taylor takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Taylor swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Taylor throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Cooper stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Taylor, as that shot connected.
Cooper jabs Taylor to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Cooper thows a body shot but no joy.
Cooper keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Taylor.
Cooper throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Taylor crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cooper - the referee stops the clock and Taylor gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cooper. Taylor manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Taylor throws a series of punches but Cooper moves out of range.
Cooper swings for the body but Taylor moves out of range.
Taylor looks to land a right hand but Cooper moved out of range.
Taylor looks to throw the jab but Cooper is out of range.
Cooper connects with a solid leg kick.
Cooper throws a right hand that Taylor ducks under and follows up with a left that Taylor also avoids with ease.
Cooper dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Taylor throws a hook but Cooper avoids it easily.
Cooper punishes Taylor's body with a nice straight punch.
Cooper tries to bum rush Taylor with a series of wild strikes but Taylor uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Cooper looks to land a left hand but Taylor moved out of range nicely.
Cooper connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Taylor momentarily.
Cooper connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Taylor throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Taylor keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Cooper dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Taylor. That did some damage!
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Taylor ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cooper moves away.
Cooper tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Taylor was well out of range. Poor timing from Cooper.
Cooper shoots in and drives through. Taylor sprawls well.
Taylor misses with the combination.
Taylor tries to move into range but Cooper moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Taylor takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Taylor closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Taylor's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Cooper connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Taylor scrambles back to his feet.
Cooper buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cooper looks to score with a jab to the body but Taylor is just out of range.
Taylor misses with a double jab
and Cooper counters with a slapping leg kick.
Taylor takes one to the side of the head.
Taylor checks a leg kick nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Cooper throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Taylor swinging wildly here.
Cooper misses with a wild body shot.
Taylor throws a series of punches but Cooper avoids them all with ease.
Taylor on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Cooper is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Taylor had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Cooper lands with a good body shot.
Taylor moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Cooper scores with a crisp jab that stopped Taylor in his tracks.
Cooper scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Taylor doesn't seem bothered though.
Cooper fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Taylor looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Taylor is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Cooper cracks Taylor with an open hand slap.
Taylor takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Taylor is rocked!
Taylor is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Cooper doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Taylor crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Taylor's bad books for that mishap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). D.B. Cooper!
