The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams with a lazy takedown attempt

and Morgan moves into the clinch.

Adams tries to pull guard but Morgan won't allow it.

Morgan pushes Adams back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Morgan lands a body punch in the clinch.
Morgan lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Morgan avoiding damage as Adams throws knees to the body.
Morgan wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Morgan is working Adams over against the cage.
Adams jumps guard but Morgan turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Grizzly Adams. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Morgan digs a right hand into Adams's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Adams's gas tank.
Morgan pushes Adams back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Adams is breathing heavily.
Morgan lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Adams really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Adams is trying to pull guard but Morgan has him pressed against the cage.

Morgan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Morgan bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Adams! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Adams is rocked!

It looks like Grizzly Adams has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Morgan arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Adams's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Dexter Morgan!
