Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Petria McTroo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Larry Jef (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McTroo comes to the cage accompanied by Hand of Blood - Bullet For My Valentine. Larry Jef will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McTroo swats away the attempt to clinch by Jef.
Jef should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
McTroo looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Jef tries to close the distance and clinch up but McTroo swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Jef throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jef shoots in for a takedown but McTroo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Jef tries to close the distance and clinch up but McTroo swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Petria McTroo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Larry Jef.

Jef shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with McTroo but McTroo pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Petria McTroo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jef feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to McTroo's calf.

McTroo darts in and clinches Jef up against the cage.

McTroo lands with a short head shot on the inside.

It looks like Larry Jef has been cut.

McTroo has Jef pressed against the cage, preventing Jef from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Jef jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as McTroo walks away with a smile on his face. Jef gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jef will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Jef gets caught napping as McTroo dives in and scores a takedown. Jef manages to retain guard.

Jef is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. McTroo is aware though and is defending well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jef wants to control from the top but McTroo keeps moving.

Larry Jef has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

and McTroo counters with a single leg into guard. Jef didn't expect that.
Jef manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

McTroo has left one of his arms exposed and Jef doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. McTroo screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
