Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Burgoyne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thelogos Place (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burgoyne comes to the cage accompanied by God Save the Queen. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnny Burgoyne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Thelogos Place!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burgoyne swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Burgoyne gets the takedown into side control.
Place manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Place tries to pass to full mount but Burgoyne defends it.
Place is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Burgoyne manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Burgoyne closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Burgoyne trying to control the position but Place is working away.
Burgoyne is working Place over with some ground and pound from side control.
Place tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Burgoyne wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Burgoyne sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Place is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Place manages to work his way to half guard, despite Burgoyne's best efforts.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Place wants to improve his position but Burgoyne is controlling well.
Burgoyne thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Place's head.
Place slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Place looking for a sweep. Not yet Place, not yet.
Place is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Burgoyne throwing strikes but missing.
Burgoyne advances to half guard.
Burgoyne stalling.
Burgoyne is keen to just control but Place is a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Place gets full guard.
Burgoyne wants to control from the top but Place keeps moving.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Burgoyne wanted to stand there but Place had control of the position.
Place had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Burgoyne is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Place Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Burgoyne's back instead.
Place is not going to allow Burgoyne to sit and survive in this position.
Place is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Burgoyne is defending well though. Place let's go of the attempt for now.
Place working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.

Place is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Burgoyne defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
Place tightening his grip on Burgoyne, looking for the choke.
Place looks gassed!
Burgoyne breaks Place's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Place keeping moving, preventing Burgoyne from controlling successfully.
Place wants to sweep here but Burgoyne controlling him for the moment.
Place looking for a guillotine here but Burgoyne defends easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Burgoyne stands and throws Place's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Place gets back to half guard.
Place wants to get back to full guard.
Burgoyne is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Burgoyne frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Burgoyne postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Place looks a forlorn figure.
Burgoyne landing strikes from the mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Johnny Burgoyne will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Burgoyne pushes Place up against the cage in a clinch.
Burgoyne pulls Place into guard.
Burgoyne manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Place manages to get himself to full guard.
Burgoyne working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Place's head.
Place looking for a triangle here. Burgoyne is fighting it but it looks tight! Place pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Burgoyne is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Thelogos Place!
