Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Moacyr Domingos De Matos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lester Howell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Matos kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Kick Ass. Moacyr Domingos De Matos is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Matos walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Howell checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
De Matos throws a sloppy head kick and Howell moves out of range easily.
De Matos paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
De Matos goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
De Matos pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Howell pulls out of a head kick attempt.
De Matos tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Howell walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. De Matos checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
De Matos has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from De Matos there as he acknowledges the shot.
Both fighters circling a little - Howell finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
De Matos misses with a low kick.
Howell throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Howell on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

De Matos throws a wild body kick that Howell sees coming a mile off.
Howell will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Howell throws a half hearted mid kick.
Howell throws a body punch but De Matos moves out of range.
Howell tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
De Matos connects with a solid leg kick.
Howell takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Howell closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Howell takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Howell with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling De Matos to score with a decent uppercut.

Howell ducks down and throws a hook to the body but De Matos moves away.
Howell tries to move into range but De Matos moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

It looks like Lester Howell has been cut.
Howell looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Howell looks gassed!
De Matos connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Howell momentarily.
Howell walks into a left hand.

De Matos bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
De Matos punishes Howell's body with a nice straight punch.
Moacyr Domingos De Matos is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

A momentary lapse in concentration from De Matos enables Howell to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. De Matos manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Howell is trying desperately to improve position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Howell tries to lock up and control but De Matos gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

De Matos feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Howell's calf.
De Matos feints and then cracks Howell's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Howell down.
Howell throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
De Matos lands a nice shot to the body.
De Matos takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
De Matos is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Howell takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

De Matos tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Howell was well out of range. Poor timing from De Matos.

De Matos throws a leg kick which misses Howell's front leg but catches the back leg as Howell tries to avoid it.

Howell is looking to slow De Matos down with leg kicks.
De Matos lands with an uppercut that bounces Howell off the cage and back into range.

That has opened up Lester Howell's cut even more.
Howell walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
A chopping leg kick lands by De Matos.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Howell takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Howell takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

De Matos connects with a good right hand that stumbles Howell. Howell circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

The cut above Lester Howell's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Howell tries to move into range but De Matos moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
De Matos throws a head kick that half lands.

Howell is rocked!

A slapping leg kick lands for De Matos.
Howell is still on wobbly legs! Can De Matos finish him?
De Matos tries a head kick but it misses.
Howell seems to have recovered his senses.
De Matos takes a head kick and keeps coming.
De Matos fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Lester Howell's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
De Matos lands a really nice looking cross but Howell seems unphased.
Howell throws a leg kick but De Matos sees it coming and checks it nicely.
De Matos connects with the punch.
Howell drops his hands momentarily and De Matos needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Howell just on the top of the head. Howell drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Howell - he's done!
