Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Harry Callahan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcos Martini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Harry Callahan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 14 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marcos Martini!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Jonathan Paton and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martini with a hook.
Martini throws a hook but Callahan blocks it.
Martini swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Martini sizes up Callahan with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Callahan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Callahan on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Martini tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Callahan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Martini throws an overhand right that lands on Callahan's shoulder, as Callahan tries to avoid the shot.
Martini tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Callahan was well out of range. Poor timing from Martini.

Callahan goes for a takedown attempt but Martini pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Martini tries to land a front kick but Callahan steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Martini sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Callahan's guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Martini passes to side control.
Callahan tries to bench press Martini off him but Martini keeps the position.
The ground and pound from Martini seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Callahan is trying to get back to half guard.
Callahan sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The fight stays on the outside here - Martini looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

and Callahan makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Callahan misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Marcos Martini showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Martini comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Oh Callahan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Martini unloads a knee to the mid-section. Callahan lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Martini lands a nice elbow.
Martini lands a big knee to the head and Callahan goes down! Martini pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marcos Martini!
An out of breath Marcos Martini thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
