The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meyachev tries a head kick but it misses.
Gracie throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Meyachev sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Gracie misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Meyachev.
Meyachev defending well as Gracie loads up on a big left hand.
Gracie fails to land with a series of punches.

Meyachev takes the fight into the clinch.
Gracie is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Meyachev gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Gracie wants a takedown but no success here.

Meyachev has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Gracie uses from the top position.
