The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spencer fails to land with a series of punches.
Lowrey misses the body punch
and Spencer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Spencer feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lowreys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Lowrey has his takedown stuffed
and Spencer counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lowrey gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Spencer counters with a nice uppercut.
Lowrey throws a series of punches but Spencer moves out of range.
Spencer leaves Lowrey with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Lowrey. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Spencer counters with a three punch combo that has Lowrey backing up. Lowrey nods at Spencer to acknowledge the strikes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lowrey looks for a takedown but Spencer sprawls well.
Lowrey shoots and misses
and Spencer counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

and Spencer counters with a one-two to the body.

Spencer gets in close and tags Lowrey with a short punch that almost sends Lowrey to the mat! Oh Lowrey is in big trouble! He turns his back on Spencer, trying to create some distance but Spencer rushes him, striking wildly and Lowrey goes down! The referee tackles Spencer into the cage to end the fight! Spencer is one violent man!

A relieved looking Shawn Spencer thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
