Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kasara Eachuryno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vin Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kasara Eachuryno!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vin Davis!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Eachuryno looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Davis!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Eachuryno looking to ground and pound but Davis is blocking nicely.

Eachuryno stands up from mount. Strange move.

Davis feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Eachuryno can't keep his opponent in guard - Davis advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Davis is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Eachuryno pushes Davis off looking to stand but Davis dives back in and keeps control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Eachuryno wants to improve his position but Davis is controlling well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Davis wants to free his trapped foot but Eachuryno is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Davis is controlling the pace.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Eachuryno wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Davis wants to take a breather but Eachuryno is having none of it.
Eachuryno keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Eachuryno is not content to let Davis control the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Vin Davis.

Davis dives in and scores a takedown into Eachuryno's guard.
Eachuryno looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Davis looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Davis drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Davis jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Davis postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Eachuryno is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Davis, into his guard.
Davis looking to control.

Eachuryno got a little sloppy there for a moment and Davis has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Eachuryno has managed to get both his arms back between Davis's legs - danger averted.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Eachuryno accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Davis is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Davis looking for a sweep. Not yet Davis, not yet.
Davis looks gassed!

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Davis is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Eachuryno stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Eachuryno feints and as Davis raises his hands in defense, Eachuryno changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Eachuryno trying to stand up but can't free himself from Davis's guard.
Eachuryno wants to control from the top but Davis keeps moving.
Eachuryno works over Davis with some ground and pound from guard.
Davis has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Eachuryno has passed into side control.
Davis is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Davis is looking for a sweep. Eachuryno is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Eachuryno is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Davis is just riding it out for now. Eachuryno eventually gives up the hold.
Eachuryno is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Davis is looking to get to half guard.
Davis gets back to half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Davis actively working from the bottom here.
Davis manages to get to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Vin Davis dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



A momentary lapse in concentration from Eachuryno enables Davis to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Eachuryno manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Davis wants to control from the top but Eachuryno keeps moving.
Eachuryno is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Davis trying to control but Eachuryno is working from the bottom.

Eachuryno pushes a forearm under Davis's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Davis is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Kasara Eachuryno!
After winning the bout, Kasara Eachuryno thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
