Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fresh Crimson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oleg Sladkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sladkov has chosen Rich Boy - Boy Looka Here as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sladkov swinging wildly here.
Crimson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Crimson tries to clinch up but Sladkov circles away and keeps his distance.
A combination from Crimson does no damage.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Crimson.
Sladkov cracks Crimson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Sladkov lands a jab to the head.
It looks like Fresh Crimson has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sladkov gets caught napping as Crimson dives in and scores a takedown. Sladkov manages to retain guard.
Sladkov pulls Crimson in close to prevent any damage.
Crimson advances to half guard.
Crimson tries to stand and escape but Sladkov is controlling the position.
Crimson is looking to advance position but Sladkov won't allow it.
Crimson slows the pace down in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sladkov is looking to control Crimson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Sladkov avoid being mounted?
Crimson wants to free his trapped foot but Sladkov is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Sladkov is controlling Crimson's trapped leg to prevent Crimson from advancing to side control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sladkov can do anything to dispel that myth.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Crimson blocks a jab.
Crimson shoots in for a double leg but Sladkov sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Crimson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sladkov but Sladkov pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fresh Crimson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sladkov displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Crimson.
Crimson shoots for a double leg takedown but Sladkov sprawls well. He's pushed Crimson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Sladkov throws a right hand that Crimson ducks under and follows up with a left that Crimson also avoids with ease.
Sladkov throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Crimson on the side of the head.
Crimson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sladkov tries to avoid it but Crimson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sladkov to the ground. Sladkov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sladkov throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sladkov fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Crimson out cold! Brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Oleg Sladkov!
An out of breath Oleg Sladkov thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
