Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Jokuani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Say Nara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nara comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Prodigy - Stand Up kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Dan Jokuani could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Say Nara's chin.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Konstantin Menshow and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jokuani takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Jokuani throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jokuani displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Nara.

and Nara cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Nara closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Jokuani did well to prevent Nara getting side control.

Nara shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jokuani manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Nara is in close to Jokuani's body, working some short punches and elbows.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nara throws a big elbow that misses.

Nara postures up in Jokuani's guard and throws a big left but Jokuani blocks it.

Jokuani can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Nara is looking to escape.
Nara tries to control Jokuani's body but Jokuani pushes him off. Nara squirms to his side and now Jokuani has his back!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Nara lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jokuani circles away quickly and effectively.

Nara connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jokuani's hands.
Nara bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Jokuani gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

and Nara counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Jokuani throws a half hearted mid kick.
Dan Jokuani seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nara closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Nara seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jokuani does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jokuani is not content to let Nara control the position.

Jokuani is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Nara jumps into side control!

Nara scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Jokuani to see if he's OK.
Jokuani parries the strikes from Nara easily there. Nara is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Jokuani to escape.

Nara connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Jokuani some visible discomfort.
Nara scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Jokuani is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Nara can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
